Job Duties
- Welcome and greet VIP guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout their stay
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any special needs or preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area ensuring all amenities are stocked and available for guests
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience
- Stay informed about local attractions events and hotel offerings to provide accurate information to guests
