Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners’ and guests’ requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying providers
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
- Lock property entrances when required
- Serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative as needed
- Maintain coverage of Concierge area by assisting with Concierge team breaks
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and guests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact appropriate departments
- Review and document incidents in logbooks and report to the next shift
- Escort unwelcome persons from property without interrupting operations
- Report to vehicle accident and theft scenes and call for assistance using proper codes
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guest needs including assistance to individuals with disabilities
- Speak and write clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other job duties as requested
- Adhere to highest standards of service excellence
