Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- No supervisor experience required
- No licenses or certifications required
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Physical ability to lift, move, and transport objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to respond quickly and move at varying speeds
- Must maintain professional appearance and uniform
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for company property
- Must comply with company safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic security and concierge operations
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response
- Proficient in using computer systems and point of sale systems
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Respond to residence owner requests for visitor information, processes or special services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire protection systems
- Secure property entrances as required
- Serve as concierge and night theft prevention representative for Residences
- Maintain concierge area coverage supporting team breaks
- Address special needs requests from residence owners and guests and confirm satisfaction
- Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate departments such as engineering, bell service, or cleaning to resolve issues
- Document and communicate incidents in logs for next shift
- Remove undesirable individuals from property without disrupting operations
- Attend accident or vehicle theft scenes and call for assistance using proper codes
- Perform lobby ambassador duties
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Complete all safety training and certifications
