Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Commitment to follow safety protocols and company policies

- Familiarity with security systems and loss prevention procedures

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation and dry cleaning
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire safety systems
- Lock property entrances when required
- Serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative
- Assist Concierge team during breaks to ensure coverage
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications
