Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place up to 10 pounds without assistance
- availability for part-time shifts
- compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- monitor closed circuit televisions and security systems
- lock property entrances when required
- serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative
- maintain concierge area coverage
- respond to special guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
- contact appropriate departments to resolve issues
- review and document incidents in logbooks
- escort unwelcome persons from the property
- report vehicle accidents or thefts
- call for assistance using proper codes
- perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- ensure compliance with company policies and professionalism
- welcome and assist guests with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
