Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • availability for part-time shifts
  • compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
  • monitor closed circuit televisions and security systems
  • lock property entrances when required
  • serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative
  • maintain concierge area coverage
  • respond to special guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • contact appropriate departments to resolve issues
  • review and document incidents in logbooks
  • escort unwelcome persons from the property
  • report vehicle accidents or thefts
  • call for assistance using proper codes
  • perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
  • report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • ensure compliance with company policies and professionalism
  • welcome and assist guests with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • develop positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested
