Job Requirements
- Must have 1 year of security experience
- must have prior front gate experience at a residential community
- ABDI required
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to commit to the schedule you choose
Job Qualifications
- Security D license required
- FL driver's license required
- 1 year security experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Job Duties
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- resolve customer complaints
- assist customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
- check in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner
- receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations
- monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues
- report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel
- generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
- always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
- make periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
