Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years Reservations/Concierge experience
- Previous client service experience
- Hospitality and events experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer and typing skills, Excel and Word proficiency
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

- Will be required to take initiative and get creative in resolving guest challenges
Job Duties
- Provide hands-on leadership support for Reservations & Concierge team
- Identify problems and issues at the earliest possible moment and solve them
- Monitor performance of staff, provide feedback, coaching and training as required
- Manage team scheduling, holiday, working hours and other admin related issues
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a management level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
