Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency with computers and office equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with basic clerical and administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of senior living community operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in handling phone systems and message taking
  • Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and safety

Job Duties

  • Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
  • Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
  • Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail, and deliveries and coordinating visitors
  • Performing moderate clerical or administrative duties
  • Ensuring the privacy, rights, and safety of residents at all times
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at the community entrance
  • Collaborating with team members to support overall community operations
