Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or sit for up to 7 hours per day
- must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach team members and guests timely

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- general accounting skills for daily closing procedures
- proficient in computer and office equipment use
- knowledge of spa industry and philosophy preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service while making reservations
- greet and get to know all spa guests
- offer personalized service with a positive and professional attitude
- communicate and describe spa offerings and their benefits
- recommend and up-sell services according to guest needs
- handle telephone bookings and guest inquiries with professional etiquette
- manage computer reservations efficiently and accurately
- handle cash, credit card, gift certificates, comps, and room charge transactions
- maintain spa cleanliness and organized work area
- assist in various spa operations as directed by management
- troubleshoot and problem solve when necessary
- participate in special projects and scheduled meetings
- conduct tours and describe spa facilities
- handle multiple tasks simultaneously
