Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or sit for up to 7 hours per day

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience
  • excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  • general accounting skills for daily closing procedures
  • proficient in computer and office equipment use
  • knowledge of spa industry and philosophy preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service while making reservations
  • greet and get to know all spa guests
  • offer personalized service with a positive and professional attitude
  • communicate and describe spa offerings and their benefits
  • recommend and up-sell services according to guest needs
  • handle telephone bookings and guest inquiries with professional etiquette
  • manage computer reservations efficiently and accurately
  • handle cash, credit card, gift certificates, comps, and room charge transactions
  • maintain spa cleanliness and organized work area
  • assist in various spa operations as directed by management
  • troubleshoot and problem solve when necessary
  • participate in special projects and scheduled meetings
  • conduct tours and describe spa facilities
  • handle multiple tasks simultaneously
