Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
- two years customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience or combination of these
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills
- proficiency in PC, MS Word, and MS Excel
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- healthcare experience preferred
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- assist patients and visitors with wayfinding and facility directions
- provide accurate patient information
- coordinate internal and external transportation needs
- troubleshoot questions, concerns, and issues
- train and mentor assigned volunteers
- maintain desk resources and departmental manuals
- perform other duties as assigned
