Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
  • two years customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience or combination of these
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in PC, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
  • healthcare experience preferred
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • assist patients and visitors with wayfinding and facility directions
  • provide accurate patient information
  • coordinate internal and external transportation needs
  • troubleshoot questions, concerns, and issues
  • train and mentor assigned volunteers
  • maintain desk resources and departmental manuals
  • perform other duties as assigned
