Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
- Two years customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- Experience with PC, multi-line phones, and fax basic office equipment
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
- Two years customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience or combination of all three
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Above average verbal communication skills for heavy public contact
- Exceptional verbal communication skills such as public speaking
- Proficiency in writing and composing correspondence and reports
- Skilled in using PC, MS Word, and MS Excel
Job Duties
- Serve as the ambassador to the campus site assisting patients and visitors with a myriad of needs from point of entry to point of exit
- Provide wayfinding and facility directions
- Offer patient information and support for internal and external transportation needs
- Troubleshoot questions, concerns, and issues
- Train and mentor assigned volunteers
- Maintain desk resources and departmental manuals
- Perform cross-training in various areas to ensure continuity and quality of service
