Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to solve problems through communication and ingenuity
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working alone and on a team
- Ability to stand and walk for 90 percent of the time
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, and lift items up to 25 lbs occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to solve problems through communication and ingenuity
- Impeccable attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Property management, leasing, community management, or administrative assistant experience welcomed
Job Duties
- Greeting and registering guests and prospective residents
- Answering concierge station phones
- Booking cabs, limos, and other transportation services
- Monitoring security systems and security cameras
- Providing key date reminder services
- Planning and coordinating resident events
- Assisting with light leasing duties such as guest cards and property information
