Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Capacity to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds independently
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel
  • Willingness to participate in training and business meetings
  • Commitment to delivering excellent resident services

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with local area services and vendors
  • Basic computer skills for managing schedules and logs

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure visitor comfort
  • Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedules, ensure proper payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition before office opening
  • Manage package deliveries, document arrivals, and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery services, and maintain vendor relationships
