Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • proficiency in English communication
  • proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to make independent decisions
  • maintain professional and positive demeanor
  • ability to multitask and manage administrative duties
  • COVID-19 vaccination or eligible exemption

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful personality
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
  • receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
  • maintain the sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure resident, family and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
