Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- proficiency in English communication
- proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to make independent decisions
- maintain professional and positive demeanor
- ability to multitask and manage administrative duties
- COVID-19 vaccination or eligible exemption
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful personality
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure resident, family and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
