Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience is preferred
  • clear and effective communication skills in English
  • proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • sound decision-making abilities
  • professional and friendly attitude
  • proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption as per company policy

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports such as work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
  • maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure timely response and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
