Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Dependable
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Dependable and responsible work ethic
Job Duties
- Monitor the front entrance and greet residents and guests
- Assist residents and guests with requests and inquiries
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly
- Support the Sales Department with tours and outbound calls to prospective residents
- Assist the Director of Business Operations with general administrative functions
- Provide support in the Dining Room and during special events as needed
- Ensure proper building closure at the end of the shift
