Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Outlook
Dependable
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Dependable and responsible work ethic

Job Duties

Monitor the front entrance and greet residents and guests
Assist residents and guests with requests and inquiries
Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly
Support the Sales Department with tours and outbound calls to prospective residents
Assist the Director of Business Operations with general administrative functions
Provide support in the Dining Room and during special events as needed
Ensure proper building closure at the end of the shift
