Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart willing to serve others
- high school diploma GED
- two years general office experience including reception experience
- experience working with older adult population preferred
- professional and polished with proper grammar skills and pleasant voice tone
- excellent interpersonal organizational time management and oral written skills
- ability to work in team environment
- attentive to details able to multi task and work with multiple interruptions
- basic knowledge with Microsoft Word preferred
- basic knowledge with Microsoft Excel preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends and holidays as requested

Job Duties
- Stand greet and assist residents family members guests vendors and prospects as they enter
- ensure hospitality station is ready with coffee cold drinks offer a high level of hospitality to all guests and employees
- answer telephone including transferring taking messages utilizing on hold function and paging ensure each phone and in person inquiry is directed to the right person and not to voicemail adhere to community phone etiquette policy
- assist with hospitality services as needed and or directed by General Manager or Manager On Duty
- assist residents and family members during admission process
- provide tours to prospects and assist with marketing efforts as directed by Executive Director
- deliver and distribute mail to residents and department directors
- assist in dining room and during special events as requested by Executive Director
- assist with activities as directed by Executive Director
- maintain company dress code wear identification badge and promote a positive and professional image
- support General Manager by assisting with general administrative functions such as filing
- perform all other duties which support programs and services of the Community
- adhere and support policies and procedures of QSL Management
- ensure lobby is clean appealing and in good order report maintenance issues to General Manager
