Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving history
  • excellent communication skills
  • genuine interest in working with seniors
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist frequently during shifts
  • capability to operate telephone and computer systems
  • ability to lift and reach while managing paperwork
  • compliance with company dress code and professional standards

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license with safe driving history
  • genuine interest in working with the senior population
  • ability to perform assigned duties satisfactorily
  • computer experience preferred
  • strong command of English language
  • ability to interact effectively with residents and community personnel

Job Duties

  • Greets and assists residents and guests at the front entrance
  • answers telephone calls, transfers and takes messages
  • supports sales department by conducting tours and making outbound calls to prospective residents
  • assists residents and family members during the admission process
  • maintains hospitality station with refreshments
  • delivers and distributes mail to residents and department directors
  • supports dining room and special events as requested
  • transports residents to community appointments and activities
  • assists with activities as directed by the Executive Director
  • maintains cleanliness and appeal of lobby and reports maintenance issues
  • supports office manager with general administrative tasks and filing
  • adheres to company dress code and promotes professional image
  • ensures compliance with resident rights and confidentiality policies
