Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with safe driving history
- excellent communication skills
- genuine interest in working with seniors
- ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist frequently during shifts
- capability to operate telephone and computer systems
- ability to lift and reach while managing paperwork
- compliance with company dress code and professional standards

Job Duties
- Greets and assists residents and guests at the front entrance
- answers telephone calls, transfers and takes messages
- supports sales department by conducting tours and making outbound calls to prospective residents
- assists residents and family members during the admission process
- maintains hospitality station with refreshments
- delivers and distributes mail to residents and department directors
- supports dining room and special events as requested
- transports residents to community appointments and activities
- assists with activities as directed by the Executive Director
- maintains cleanliness and appeal of lobby and reports maintenance issues
- supports office manager with general administrative tasks and filing
- adheres to company dress code and promotes professional image
- ensures compliance with resident rights and confidentiality policies
