Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine interest in working with seniors
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs occasionally, and manual dexterity
- Ability to adhere to community policies and dress code
- Computer experience preferred

- Experience working with senior populations preferred

- Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, family members, vendors, and prospects as they enter
- Ensure hospitality station is prepared with refreshments
- Answer telephone calls, transfer calls, take messages, use on-hold function and paging
- Assist residents and family members during the admission process
- Provide tours to prospective residents and support marketing efforts
- Deliver and distribute mail to residents and department directors
- Assist in the dining room and special events as requested
- Transport residents to appointments and activities using the community vehicle
- Assist with activities as directed by the Executive Director
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and appeal
- Report maintenance issues
- Adhere to community policies and dress code
- Support resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
