Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, patients, employees and vendors in the lobby
- Act as resource for lobby volunteers and provide assistance to ensure positive customer experience
- Give clear directions to persons and provide escort services to desired locations
- Identify, issue proper ID, and direct vendors with appointments to proper locations
- Support volunteers with mail and flower delivery in accordance with guidelines
- Maintain adequate supply of wheelchairs in the lobby and facilitate wheelchair transportation as needed
- Call Environmental Services and other departments for assistance when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
