Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor to support guests
  • Ability to use multi-line telephone systems effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and visitors with warmth and hospitality upon arrival
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth experience
  • Provide information about Hope Lodge amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Manage transportation services including scheduling and driving guests to appointments
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of transportation vehicles
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations
  • Implement security protocols and respond to emergencies promptly
