Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Physical endurance for standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry luggage or packages occasionally
- Willingness to perform manual tasks such as opening doors for guests
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources
- Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies
- Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records
- Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols
