- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong communication skills

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Duties
- serve as a trusted local expert offering personalized recommendations for dining entertainment shopping and attractions across Houston
- anticipate guest needs and turn special requests into seamless experiences
- build genuine connections with guests creating warm memorable first and last impressions
- coordinate reservations transportation and special arrangements with accuracy and care
- represent the Hilton brand with professionalism positivity and attention to detail
- provide information recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries
- respond to guest inquiries requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
