Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • knowledge of Houston area and local attractions
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a concierge or guest service role is advantageous
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong knowledge of Houston attractions dining and entertainment
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in using reservation and booking systems
  • ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • serve as a trusted local expert offering personalized recommendations for dining entertainment shopping and attractions across Houston
  • anticipate guest needs and turn special requests into seamless experiences
  • build genuine connections with guests creating warm memorable first and last impressions
  • coordinate reservations transportation and special arrangements with accuracy and care
  • represent the Hilton brand with professionalism positivity and attention to detail
  • provide information recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries
  • respond to guest inquiries requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
