Job Requirements

- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong knowledge of local Houston attractions and amenities
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- serve as a trusted local expert offering personalized recommendations for dining entertainment shopping and attractions across Houston
- anticipate guest needs and turn special requests into seamless experiences
- build genuine connections with guests creating warm memorable first and last impressions
- coordinate reservations transportation and special arrangements with accuracy and care
- represent the Hilton brand with professionalism positivity and attention to detail
- provide information recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries including directions hours of outlet operation hotel services transportation and travel arrangements tour and event tickets restaurant reservations and medical care
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
