Job Duties

  • Serve as a trusted local expert offering personalized recommendations for dining entertainment shopping and attractions across Houston
  • anticipate guest needs and turn special requests into seamless experiences
  • build genuine connections with guests creating warm memorable first and last impressions
  • coordinate reservations transportation and special arrangements with accuracy and care
  • represent the Hilton brand with professionalism positivity and attention to detail
  • provide information recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries including directions hours of outlet operation hotel services transportation travel arrangements tour and event tickets restaurant reservations and medical care
  • respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
