Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or property management experience preferred
- must be available to work weekends and evenings
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the front desk, warmly greeting residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
- provide community and amenity information, assist residents with key/gate card requests, and facilitate inquiries
- offer refreshments to guests waiting to meet with a leasing consultant
- assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission
- develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options
- engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and resident retention
- support the Senior Concierge, Resident Specialist, and Leasing Team in planning and executing resident events such as parties, movie nights, and special celebrations
- arrange small gestures for resident milestones, including birthdays, engagements, weddings, and losses
- manage the package room, ensuring accurate acceptance, resident notifications, and proper distribution
- maintain office cleanliness, restock coffee bars, and monitor office supplies
- prepare leasing materials such as brochures and floor plans for prospective residents
- ensure model and vacant units are clean and ready for tours
- handle opening and closing procedures for the leasing office, ensuring readiness each day
- route calls efficiently, schedule tours and appointments, and assist with general inquiries
- provide administrative support to Property Manager as needed
- oversee the weekly Sunday breakfast, including shopping, setup, and cleanup
- regularly update the community's social media platforms with high-quality content showcasing the community lifestyle and promoting available units
