Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience
- familiarity with computers and phones and ability to learn new software
- participation in consecutive evening and weekend work
- valid driver's license
- less than 10 percent travel required
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Document every interaction and maintain high-quality data
- suggest solutions to students and department leaders
- handle high volume of outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails
- analyze qualitative and quantitative data to make informed deductions
- assist with appointment scheduling
- supervise and train student staff and approve time sheets
- provide proactive outreach with updates, reminders, and suggestions
- answer student questions about navigating SCAD
- provide information on upcoming events and activities
- conduct wellness check-ins and offer referral assistance
- participate in extended office hours and attend SCAD signature events
