- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met
- Stand visibly in the lobby to welcome guests, patients, employees, and vendors
- Act as a resource for lobby volunteers and provide assistance to ensure positive customer experience
- Give clear directions or escort visitors to desired locations
- Identify, issue proper ID, and direct vendors with appointments
- Support volunteers with delivery of mail and flowers according to guidelines
- Maintain wheelchair supply and facilitate wheelchair transportation as needed
- Call Environmental Services or other departments for assistance when necessary
- Measure temperatures of caregivers, providers, patients, vendors, and visitors
- Document and log data in computerized tracking system
