Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- proficiency in English
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to communicate clearly
- compassionate and empathetic nature
- capable of multitasking and working as part of a team
- ability to make independent decisions
- maintain professionalism and positivity
- proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- clear and effective communication in English
- highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful attitude

- capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure safety
- investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and manage deliveries such as packages, plants, and prescription drugs
- maintain sign in/out logs for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond promptly to resident, family, and employee concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
