Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience answering telephones or in a customer service position
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Honest, fair, dependable, respecting confidentiality and privacy
- Must practice and promote Meridian policies, mission, core values, and founding principles
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer telephone calls courteously and professionally
- Provide accurate information to residents, family members, and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping
- Handle inquiries and direct visitors to appropriate staff or departments
- Promote Meridian Senior Living policies, mission, core values, and procedures
