- Experience with 250+ units desirable
- Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledgeable of local area and services
- Flexible with schedule including weekends
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Maintains attendance and punctuality
- Successful background check and reference verification

Job Duties
