Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- related experience as a concierge or in customer service
- ability to work under pressure
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- strong written, verbal, and computer skills
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- ability to stand for prolonged periods or walk long distances
- ability to sit, climb stairs, stoop, and bend occasionally
Job Qualifications

- related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of Yardi software is a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting and responding to resident requests and inquiries
- addressing residents' concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards
- ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the building
- managing multiple phone lines and directing them to the appropriate destination
- assisting with resident packages and mail
- presenting a professional image and maintaining a gracious approach to all activities
- reporting any security or maintenance issues to the General Manager or appropriate personnel
