Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage finances such as petty cash and deposits
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Competency with computer systems and software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Enhances the guest experience in collaboration with all facility departments
- Understands and demonstrates outstanding behaviors and attitude that support service philosophy, mission, vision and values
- Provides orientation of the upgraded amenities program via tours, education classes and pre-admission process
- Coordinates payment and confirmation of reservations for purchased packages
- Monitors petty cash drawer and daily deposit of cash/credit receipts
- Provides marketing information via presentations, printed collateral and the website
- Tracks inventory of over $25,000 in retail inventory
- Works closely with Support Services on delivery processes
- Coordinates and confirms spa appointments
- Assists patients and guests with dining, lodging, transportation and gift arrangements
- Coordinates and assists with facility tours
- Works with Orlando Health Foundation and Administration on VIP amenities
- Builds and maintains relationships with area businesses
- Coordinates catering requests for family celebrations
- Anticipates and responds to guest needs timely
- Answers concierge requests via telephone, fax and email
- Maintains guest request tracking system and daily log
- Maintains concierge and VIP patient tracking flag system
- Maintains complimentary movie library and coordinates delivery of movies
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Ensures compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures
