Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to operate switchboard
- Previous experience with multi-line system preferred
- Capability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility

Job Duties
- Perform receptionist duties including managing multi-line phone systems
- Provide clerical support to the Business Office Manager
- Assist with human resources tasks
- Handle accounts payable processes
- Manage accounts receivable duties
- Support payroll operations as needed
- Interact professionally with residents, families, and employees to ensure satisfaction
