Job Duties

  • Smiles and extends a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the Community
  • offers refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
  • answers incoming telephone calls and directs them to appropriate departments
  • receives inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees and directs them accordingly
  • maintains current list of residents and updates Resident Registry
  • receives maintenance requests, completes work orders, and forwards them to maintenance
  • conducts daily checks on all residents
  • maintains a resident absentee register
  • manages sign-in and sign-out process for contractors, delivery personnel, service men, and visitors
  • makes copies and sends faxes for residents and staff as appropriate
  • keeps an accurate record of all cash received at the front desk for various transactions
  • submits monthly financial records to bookkeeping
  • performs other tasks, assignments, projects, or requests as directed by management
  • appropriately addresses individuals leaving the Community as per management directives
