Job Duties
- Smiles and extends a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the Community
- offers refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
- answers incoming telephone calls and directs them to appropriate departments
- receives inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees and directs them accordingly
- maintains current list of residents and updates Resident Registry
- receives maintenance requests, completes work orders, and forwards them to maintenance
- conducts daily checks on all residents
- maintains a resident absentee register
- manages sign-in and sign-out process for contractors, delivery personnel, service men, and visitors
- makes copies and sends faxes for residents and staff as appropriate
- keeps an accurate record of all cash received at the front desk for various transactions
- submits monthly financial records to bookkeeping
- performs other tasks, assignments, projects, or requests as directed by management
- appropriately addresses individuals leaving the Community as per management directives
