Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of receptionist, night security, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with office equipment and multi-line phone systems

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and hospitality, even in late-night situations
- Conduct routine roving patrols throughout the campus, checking doors, monitoring for unusual activity, and reporting safety concerns to leadership
- Monitor security systems, handle emergency calls, and report unusual activity to appropriate leadership
- Handle emergency situations with composure, contacting appropriate responders as needed
- Create and dispatch work orders from staff or residents to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and surrounding area
- Maintain clear and timely communication with next-shift personnel regarding incidents or updates
