Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • customer service experience in senior housing preferred
  • ability to read, write and understand English
  • ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without extended sitting
  • ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • customer service experience in senior housing preferred
  • ability to read, write, and understand English for clear communication
  • strong interpersonal skills for resident and team interaction
  • ability to follow community standards and procedures
  • comfortable working independently during overnight hours

Job Duties

  • serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests
  • perform clerical tasks such as managing correspondence and phone calls
  • coordinate activities and manage requests within the community
  • interact with residents, family members, visitors, and team members in a courteous and professional manner
  • support administrative needs under the direction of the Business Office Manager
  • ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through the delivery of The Sterling Touch® service
  • maintain community standards, procedures, and philosophy in all duties
