Job Requirements

  • High school diploma desired
  • One year experience in a hospitality or administrative assistant role preferred
  • Availability to work 4 PM to 12 AM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Friday or Saturday
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent phone etiquette

Job Duties

  • Provide concierge and clerical support
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls
  • Establish and sustain a high level of customer support as the first representative of Aberdeen Heights
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
  • Support facility operations through administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage communications
  • Assist with resident and family inquiries
