Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with visitors and staff
- Basic knowledge of telephone and paging device operation
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor
Job Qualifications

- Basic administrative and telephone operation skills
- Willingness to work per diem weekday and weekend shifts from 4pm to 12am
Job Duties
- Functions as an information clerk and receptionist
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Providing routine information in a consistently courteous, helpful, cheerful and professional manner
- Telephone operator directing calls and visitors to their respective destinations
- Use appropriate paging devices (i.e. all-pages, radio-page) for relay of communication information, i.e. announcements and staff paging
