Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Availability to work from 11 am to 7:30 pm
- Professional dress code observed
- Ability to work part-time
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with elderly residents and their families
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Experience working in a senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Job Duties
- Greet and direct all guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Answer all incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate resource, or taking messages as needed
- Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person
- Respond to resident and family member questions and communicate important information with the Executive Director or MOD as appropriate
- Maintain guest logs and community resource information
- Respond and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional and effective manner
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance areas
- Perform other responsibilities as needed
