Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- commitment to resident confidentiality and safety
- adherence to health and safety regulations
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- prior experience in a receptionist or concierge role preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- proficiency in using telephone systems and office software
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- customer service orientation
- understanding of senior living community environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns and share important information with appropriate supervisors
- greet and direct all visitors in a professional and helpful manner
- answer all incoming calls within three rings and triage inquiries, transfer calls or take messages as necessary
- monitor and maintain all business office areas for cleanliness, including community entrance, front lobby, conference rooms, beverage stations, and administrative restroom
- organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person
- assist in telephone inquiries in the absence of an immediately available Marketing person
- provide administrative support to the Marketing team including processing move-in paperwork, assisting with prospective resident tours, and ordering marketing collateral
- maintain the community resource information library, directory, and collateral to route residents and their families to services
- observe community policies and procedures regarding resident and team member safety, attendance, timeliness, house rules, teamwork, and resident service
- maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times
- adhere to all infection prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations at all times
- perform all other duties as requested
