Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with senior residents
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all visitors to the facility in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage resident inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Coordinate resident transportation services and appointments when needed
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of all senior living services and amenities offered at Lantern Crest
  • Provide tours of the facility to potential residents and their families, showcasing our amenities and services
  • Handle emergency situations and follow appropriate protocol when necessary
