Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with senior residents
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the facility in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage resident inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Coordinate resident transportation services and appointments when needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all senior living services and amenities offered at Lantern Crest
- Provide tours of the facility to potential residents and their families, showcasing our amenities and services
- Handle emergency situations and follow appropriate protocol when necessary
