Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • must be courteous and exhibit genuine care for guests and co-workers
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
  • must possess excellent knowledge of the local area including restaurants and attractions
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capable of lifting moderate weight between 10 and 20 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to comply with hotel policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in English language

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls within three rings
  • be well versed in hotel operations including amenities and hours
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, clubs, and tours
  • anticipate guest needs and provide memorable experiences
  • handle guest email communications courteously and promptly
  • coordinate transportation, special events, dinner reservations, car rentals, tour bookings, and flight boarding passes for guests
  • assist guests with locating lost luggage and coordinate delivery
  • support Front Desk, Bellmen, and AYS as needed
