Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift moderate weight (10-20 pounds)
  • Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls within three rings
  • Be well versed in hotel operations such as amenities and hours of operation
  • Stay up to date with local area points of interest including restaurants, attractions, and clubs
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs providing a memorable guest experience
  • Handle guest email communications courteously and promptly
  • Coordinate guest transportation, special events, dinner reservations, car rentals, tour bookings, and flight boarding passes
  • Assist guests in locating and delivering lost luggage
  • Support the Front Desk, Bellmen, and Additional Hotel Services whenever possible
