Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift moderate weight (10-20 pounds)
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls within three rings
- Be well versed in hotel operations such as amenities and hours of operation
- Stay up to date with local area points of interest including restaurants, attractions, and clubs
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs providing a memorable guest experience
- Handle guest email communications courteously and promptly
- Coordinate guest transportation, special events, dinner reservations, car rentals, tour bookings, and flight boarding passes
- Assist guests in locating and delivering lost luggage
- Support the Front Desk, Bellmen, and Additional Hotel Services whenever possible
