- 3 or more years of customer service experience

- excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- knowledge of local attractions and establishments

Job Duties
- Greet tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building
- announce visitors and provide direction within the property
- develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences
- schedule reservations and appointments for tenants at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues
- plan and organize on-site events
- provide direction, referrals, and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services
- document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services
- answer telephones and monitor lobby areas
- maintain and control keys and access cards
