Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods
- Ability to move comfortably and safely, which can include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, etc

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar setting
- Professional, patient, and pleasant demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office, typing, printing, multi-line phone systems
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, team members, and visitors in a professional, warm, and inviting manner
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that supports a positive community experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with questions, concerns, and navigating the community, while being mindful of mobility, memory, or sensory needs
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls
- Provide administrative support including filing, typing, mail sorting, and data entry
- Manage front desk operations, guest sign-ins, and security measures
- Assist with community communications by maintaining bulletin boards, updating signage, and creating marketing materials
- Manage the sale and tracking of various resident and guest purchases
- Assist with setup and coordination of activities and events
- Build positive, ongoing relationships with residents, families, and team members while upholding ethics and integrity
