Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift items up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications independently
- Experience working in a concierge or security type role
- Veterans and law enforcement background preferred
Job Duties
- Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, and life-safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity
- Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- Provides appropriate assistance as needed to client, their employees, guests, and visitors in expedient and professional manner
- Prepare logs and reports as required
- Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility
- Complete any Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports, or other written documents as requested by the client
- Enforce rules and policies of the property
- Uses proper telephone skills
- Ensures concerns are documented and reported appropriately
- Sets the example for uniform standards to include dressed in approved attire always and conform to appearance guidelines
