Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- clear and effective communication skills in English
- proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to demonstrate compassion and professionalism
- strong teamwork and multitasking ability
- capacity to make independent decisions
- positive and approachable demeanor
- compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy unless exempt
- ability to perform duties involving monitoring safety systems and handling packages and sensitive items
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word

- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond to resident, family, and employee concerns in a timely manner
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
