Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, climb, carry objects, and work in various weather conditions
- ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible work schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle phone communications professionally
- willingness to travel occasionally for training or business needs
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in telephone and customer service etiquette
- experience in property management or real estate customer service preferred
- ability to coordinate multiple schedules and tasks effectively
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- familiarity with local community resources and amenities
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area, ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
- answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, assist with completed service request callbacks as necessary
- maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon arrival, manage and coordinate loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
- assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and other services, maintain relationships with concierge vendors
