Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, climb, carry objects, and work in various weather conditions
  • ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • flexible work schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to handle phone communications professionally
  • willingness to travel occasionally for training or business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in telephone and customer service etiquette
  • experience in property management or real estate customer service preferred
  • ability to coordinate multiple schedules and tasks effectively
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • familiarity with local community resources and amenities

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area, ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, assist with completed service request callbacks as necessary
  • maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon arrival, manage and coordinate loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
  • assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and other services, maintain relationships with concierge vendors
