Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Capability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of local area amenities and resources beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
- Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member, and assists with completed service request callbacks as necessary
- Maintains the guest suite schedule, ensures proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival, and manages the loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are prepared and in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
